What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in-person and virtual communications
Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must reside within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution
Strong project management abilities and analytical thinking skills
Entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in fast‑paced environments
