What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and drive growth of Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective communication and strategy alignment
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharmaceutical/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or neurology sales
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and strong sales performance track record
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong relationship management abilities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residency within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
Demonstrated leadership skills in cross-functional teams
Familiarity with healthcare payer requirements and specialty fulfillment processes
Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across various care sites
