What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies to achieve objectives through in-person and virtual communications
Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal partners such as marketing and medical science teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Alternatively, a Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residence within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle)
Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
