What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue and profitability in your region

Expand business with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities

Lead and support a network of sales agents across the territory

Collaborate with global teams on multinational customer accounts

Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports

What is Required (Qualifications):

3–5 years of direct sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial, elevator/escalator, or cable-related industries

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically
