What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee sales strategy, including pricing analysis and market segment share objectives Develop and lead new programs to increase sales, awards, and bookings Collaborate with senior leadership and Operating Territory leaders to execute strategic goals Maintain relationships with key customers, consultants, and general contractors Coach and develop sales associates to meet or exceed sales plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience Prior people leadership experience required Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree required Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a team‑oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
5 years of experience in the elevator industry preferred but not required Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft‑based software Strong leadership skills and goal‑oriented mindset Self‑motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
