What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Prepare accurate cost estimates for Skyrise elevator systems based on submitted takeoff forms

Manage change orders and process change requests from project managers or customers

Collaborate in Pre-Award Reviews and Basis of Award meetings to align with customer requirements

Support deviation management by developing an understanding of deviation processes and responding to requests

Assist in driving process improvements and standardizing estimating processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or Accounting

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or engineering

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Elogistics reporting tools

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members

Knowledge and experience in technical engineering, mechanical, and/or electrical fields

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the elevator industry is preferred

Ability to mentor and train new hires on estimating processes

Familiarity with deviation processes in engineering contexts
