We’re currently recruiting for
four separate procedural sales roles
with a leading medical device company specializing in orthopedic and surgical solutions. Open positions include:
Arthroplasty (Joint Replacement)
Biologics
Each position is focused on driving sales growth and supporting surgical procedures throughout the
Minnesota region .
Roles and Responsibilities
Present and sell a portfolio of innovative surgical technologies within your assigned specialty area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital decision-makers.
Support cases in the operating room, providing clinical and technical expertise to ensure optimal outcomes.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
Execute strategic territory plans while delivering exceptional service and product support.
Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of procedural or surgical sales experience
in orthopedics, biologics, trauma, or a related specialty.
Proven track record of sales success in hospital or OR settings.
Strong technical aptitude and comfort working in a clinical environment.
Must live or be willing to relocate to Minnesota, preferable the Minneapolis area.
