Territorial Sales Representative

to join our high-performing team in the

retail energy space , helping small businesses across DFW save money and gain peace of mind with their energy needs. This is not your typical desk job—you’ll be out in the field meeting clients face-to-face, building strong relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor to real estate professionals and community partners. With

base pay plus uncapped commissions , you’re in control of your success—top performers earn well into six figures. Beyond the paycheck, this role also sets you up for

as we continue expanding. What we are looking for:

Responsibilities

Manage your own territory—acquiring new small business customers and nurturing long-term accounts. Build and maintain strong referral pipelines by partnering with real estate agents and other local professionals. Attend networking events, trade shows, and expos (all expenses covered). Prospect and meet with local business owners, primarily in

DFW, Arlington, Southlake, Denton, Highland Village Texas areas . Act as the face of the company—delivering professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. Collaborate with leadership to share market feedback and drive business growth. Plan your weekly schedule with autonomy—owning your time, goals, and results. Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience

in territory, field, or traveling sales (B2B preferred). Must be bilingual (Spanish and English) A self-starter with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding goals. Passion for meeting people, networking, and relationship-building. Strong time management and organizational skills—you know how to run your own book of business. Vehicle access and willingness to travel throughout the DFW metro area. Previous experience in

retail energy, real estate, or outside sales

is a plus. Ideal Background

Experience in a Territory Sales, Territory Marketing, DoortoDoor, Outside Sales, Account Manager, or Business Development role. Proven history of traveling, visiting, or commuting to multiple client or vendor locations as part of daily responsibilities. Skilled in creating tailored resources or marketing materials for clients, vendors, or customers. Strong passion for understanding market trends, analytics, and logistics to make informed, data-driven decisions. Skilled in aligning product or service offerings to match demographic needs and behaviors.
