The
Senior Door-to-Door Sales Representative
is a leadership role designed for experienced sales professionals who want to lead from the front and help build winning teams. This position combines
field performance, team leadership, and year-round recruiting and training
to strengthen Axiom’s growing D2D program.
Senior reps are responsible for driving results during the active selling season — leading by example in the field, mentoring new reps, and setting the standard for performance, professionalism, and customer care. During the off-season, they stay engaged through
recruiting, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives , helping prepare their teams for the next season’s success.
This is a
commission-based role
with the primary earnings period running
April through September , when reps actively sell and lead in the field. Recruiting, training, and leadership activities continue year-round, providing consistent engagement and opportunities for advancement.
Opportunities available across Portland, Seattle, Nashville, Denver, and Dallas.

What You’ll Do
Lead by example through daily sales execution and team production
Recruit, train, and mentor entry‑level reps during peak season
Manage territories and performance data via FieldRoutes CRM
Partner with leadership to set goals, refine pitch quality, and grow market share
Participate in incentive contests, performance reporting, and team development
Qualifications
Education:
Some college or recent graduates are highly preferred
Experience:
1‑5 years in sales leadership or direct sales management
Business Development Manager
Relevant Industries:
Solar & Energy Sales
Telecom & Security (Vivint, ADT, Comcast)
Retail / Consumer Services
Skills:
Proven performer with
documented top sales results or achievements
in previous Door‑to‑Door roles (e.g., revenue earned, contracts sold, team rankings, or awards)
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities — capable of training, motivating, and developing sales teams
Data‑driven decision maker with experience managing KPIs, conversion metrics, and performance dashboards
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and professional presence
Highly organized with strong territory management and strategic planning abilities
Resilient, self‑motivated, and driven to exceed goals in competitive, fast‑paced environments
Driver's license (Required)
