Join our team and grow with us! We’re looking for a motivated, high-energy Account Executive to drive new business growth in the Charlottesville area. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by building relationships and selling service agreements and repair solutions for mechanical systems—including HVAC, Plumbing, Building Automation, and Electrical. Your territory will primarily focus on Charlottesville and the surrounding markets. This is a chance to bring your sales drive, industry knowledge, and customer-first approach to a team that values growth and results. Perks of joining ColonialWebb: Career development and progression 401(k) plan with company match PTO and paid holidays Excellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefits Employee Assistance Program Employee referral incentives $65k-85k base salary+ commission, car allowance and gas card What you will do: Sell HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and Water Treatment solutions to commercial customers (B2B) Hunt for new opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and heavy networking within the mechanical industry (HVAC, Plumbing Electrical) Identify and understand work opportunities—current and future, across all areas of our business (i.e., maintenance, repair, installation) Participate in training (Sandler, other sales training) as necessary to reinforce foundational sales skills. Develop and prepare estimates, proposals and presentations Develop specific sales strategy and tactics in collaboration with the Sales team Prepare and implement business development action plans for targeted customers What we are looking for: Previous HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical sales experience Willingness and ability to sell (cold-calling, networking, presentation, and closing skills) Competitiveness, ambitious, and highly motivated Adaptable, persuasive, passionate, confident, and positive Creative, tenacious, quick learning, high energy, and entrepreneurial-focused Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Demonstrated skills, experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Able to manage internal and external customer relationships, perceptions and expectations Professional demeanor and positive attitude EOE M/W/Disability/Vets Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
