As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our team by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and creating an engaging store environment. What You'll Do
Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader What You'll Need
Previous retail experience, especially if you're passionate about music and pop culture Strong customer service and sales skills Minimum age of 16 years old Excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds Additional Information
