Seasonal Retail Sales Associate – Southlake Mall
Bath & Body Works is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for Southlake Mall. This is a part-time seasonal role during the holiday season.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations.
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout.
Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and appealing.
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging store environment; physically active role requiring standing, walking, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds) and the ability to climb ladders as needed.
Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment.
Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting.
Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations when needed.
Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
