Answer inbound calls from customers seeking storage solutions
Assist customers in reserving the best storage unit for their needs
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize sales potential
Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a call center environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers
