Account Executive
Luzern Risk is a fast‑growing insurance technology startup focused on transforming risk into a strategic asset. We're revolutionizing the captive management industry by giving clients the technology and expertise to control their own risk financing. We are a passionate, driven team excited to solve hard problems and build an industry‑defining company.
This is a high‑impact, hands‑on sales role for a true hunter. As a foundational Account Executive, your mission is to generate new business by building your own pipeline and closing complex deals with C‑suite executives. We need a "go‑getter" energized by building a book of business from the ground up. You will quarterback the sale, leveraging our expert team for technical depth while you drive the deal forward. This is a role for a results‑driven seller who wants to directly impact a startup's growth and be generously rewarded for doing so.
Key Responsibilities
Hunter‑Driven Lead Generation : Build and manage a sales pipeline via targeted outbound prospecting.
End‑to‑End Deal Execution : Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract, driving every stage of the process.
Value‑Driven Selling : Quickly grasp customer needs and articulate the financial and strategic value of the Luzern Risk platform to expert buyers.
Expert Collaboration : Quarterback the deal team, partnering with our Risk Solutions group to design and present bespoke, data‑driven solutions.

Candidates in either Eastern or Central time zones, near a major metro.
Requirements
4+ years in a full‑cycle, closing role in mid‑market or enterprise B2B sales.
Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota in a complex selling environment (e.g., financial services, insurance, enterprise SaaS, fintech).
Experience selling to C‑level finance or risk management executives is highly preferred.
