Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs
Provide exceptional customer service during inbound calls
Maximize monthly commission opportunities through effective sales techniques
Work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment
Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to connect well with customers over the phone
Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Demonstrated ability to work weekends
