Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Strong ability to connect with customers over the phone
Proficient in using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass background and drug screening, and work some weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales-driven environmentStrong communication skills and a positive attitude
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
