Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience
Handle inbound sales calls from customers seeking storage solutions
Collaborate with team members to maximize monthly commission opportunities
Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect effectively with customers over the phone
Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass background and drug screenings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a call center environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work some weekends
