Outside Sales Representative (Flooring) – Commission Only, Flexible Schedule Big Bob’s Flooring | Colorado Springs, CO Are you an energetic, self-driven salesperson who loves meeting new people and turning opportunities into income? Big Bob’s Flooring is expanding our outside sales team and looking for motivated individuals to join a fast-growing local company with over 30 years of success in Colorado Springs. We’re building a team of independent sales representatives (1099) who will help grow both our residential and commercial divisions—from homeowners and property managers to general contractors and designers. Responsibilities
Generate new business through networking, cold calls, and site visits Meet with clients to discuss flooring needs and present product options Take measurements and relay project info for estimating Work closely with our in-house estimating and installation team to deliver quotes Follow up with leads and manage your own pipeline to close deals Represent Big Bob’s professionally in the field and community What We Provide
Established local brand and marketing support Access to showroom samples, product catalogs, and estimating tools Quoting and back-office support (you sell, we price and install) Mentorship and ongoing sales training from our Sales Manager Freedom to set your own schedule and grow your own client base Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is directly tied to performance and paid on completed projects. Specific payout details and incentives will be reviewed during onboarding. Ideal Candidate
Previous sales experience (flooring, construction, home improvement, or B2B preferred) Comfortable networking and prospecting independently Professional, organized, and results-driven Reliable transportation and smartphone Strong communication and follow-through skills Type
