Job Details National Account Executive

Overview The National Account Executive serves as a strategic leader responsible for cultivating and managing high‑level client relationships to ensure the continued success and expansion of AnewHealth’s PACE services. This role requires a balance of executive relationship management, operational excellence, and client retention expertise to optimize the customer experience, support evolving client needs, and drive organizational success.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished account leader who thrives on engaging with client executives, aligning AnewHealth solutions with their strategic goals, and developing innovative approaches to client success. They will demonstrate exceptional leadership, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities to expand and strengthen AnewHealth partnerships on the west coast.

Essential Functions Strategic Account Leadership and Client Retention

Serve as the executive relationship lead for PACE partnerships within the west coast region, fostering long‑term, trust‑based relationships with client leadership (CMO, CFO, CEO, Executive Directors, etc.).

Lead national and regional account planning initiatives to drive client success and ensure alignment with AnewHealth’s strategic objectives.

Serve as an escalation point to support center‑level AM team members.

Act as a AnewHealth’s Brand Ambassador for the PACE market, articulating the unique value and impact of our PACE services.

Conduct executive‑level quarterly business reviews with client leadership to assess performance, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with service‑line leaders to design and execute client retention and engagement strategies.

Lead or organize regional team members in aligning national partnership goals.

Promote the adoption of new technologies, features, and initiatives across client organizations.

Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing insights and feedback to enhance AnewHealth’s offerings and service delivery.

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and activities in Salesforce CRM.

Post‑Implementation Client Success

Partner with Implementation, Operations, QA/PI, and Finance teams to ensure seamless client transitions and early‑stage success.

Conduct frequent follow‑ups with new client leadership during their first year to ensure stability, satisfaction, and alignment with contractual obligations.

Contract Renewal and Retention Management

Lead the end‑to‑end process of contract renewal strategy, ensuring timely execution in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and internal leadership teams.

Evaluate existing client agreements to identify opportunities for optimization, expansion of services, and enhanced value delivery.

Develop data‑driven retention plans tailored to each account, addressing risks, challenges, and areas for growth.

Monitor key account metrics and client satisfaction indicators to anticipate potential issues and implement proactive solutions.

Facilitate quarterly business reviews with client executives to communicate performance outcomes, partnership milestones, and strategic recommendations.

Ensure consistent alignment between AnewHealth’s service delivery and client goals, reinforcing long‑term trust and partnership continuity.

Maintain accountability for retention goals within assigned regions, partnering with internal teams to drive outcomes and measure success.

Education and Representation

Represent AnewHealth at national, regional, and state PACE conferences and industry events.

Stay informed on evolving trends, best practices, and innovations in healthcare and PACE programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field required (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in account management, client success, or healthcare operations.

Proven experience managing and growing executive‑level client relationships.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience guiding teams and influencing cross‑functional initiatives.

In‑depth knowledge of the healthcare industry; understanding of pharmacy operations preferred; PACE experience preferred.

Strong contract management and negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to travel as needed up to 12 trips a year.

Compensation Range $110,000 - $150,000 annually
