What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Cultivate and manage high-level client relationships to ensure the success and expansion of the employer’s PACE services
Lead national and regional account planning initiatives to drive client success and align with strategic objectives
Conduct executive-level quarterly business reviews with client leadership to assess performance and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate cross-functionally to design and execute client retention and engagement strategies
Manage the end-to-end process of contract renewal strategy, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field required (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in account management, client success, or healthcare operations
Proven experience managing and growing executive-level client relationships
Strong contract management and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry; understanding of pharmacy operations and PACE experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience guiding teams and influencing cross-functional initiatives
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and standard business software applications
Energetic, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
