What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive revenue growth through management of complex renewals and expansion sales efforts

Build executive relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Provide strategic consultation to clients, identifying their objectives and challenges

Deliver thought leadership through presentations and business reviews

Ensure client satisfaction and monitor contract compliance

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline

8+ years of experience in sales and/or client success roles in the healthcare industry

Required experience with Third Party Administration (TPA)

Proven ability to handle complex situations and increase lines of business

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Direct experience with client management, benefits strategy management, and data analytics

Solid understanding of managed care products and self-funded business

Strong presentation and business review capabilitiesCustomer-focused approach with a consultative selling mastery

Knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem and employer-sponsored coverages
