Deliver Exceptional Sales Performance: achieve and exceed market sales targets through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building Identify and nurture sales opportunities, proactively approaching customers and converting their interest into purchases Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, continuously optimizing sales strategies Proactively Engage Consumers: engage customers in conversation, listen to needs, tailor product recommendations, create a positive experience, foster brand loyalty Identify and recommend Samsung product solutions that align with each customer’s needs Demonstrate Extensive Product Knowledge: develop a deep understanding of Samsung’s Digital Appliance product line and communicate promotions Schedule and facilitate sales training with front line store staff Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotional campaigns and incentives Provide Merchandising and Insights: implement merchandising displays and plans, communicate challenges and opportunities to leadership, gather competitive insights Support execution of merchandising projects within timelines Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree preferred Six (6) months prior experience in sales, promotion, or brand advocacy Demonstrated knowledge of products and services Reliable transportation and state-required liability insurance Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of home Ability to lift/carry/move objects and push/pull carts as needed Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment Flexible schedule including weekends or non-standard shifts Autonomous and solutions-oriented mindset Strong relationship-building and quick responsive communication What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies
