Job Responsibilities
Conduct territory mapping for target accounts and coordinate service efforts to meet client goals
Manage inbound leads efficiently, qualifying prospects and moving them to the discovery phase
Develop outbound pipeline initiatives to expand market reach for the employer’s solutions
Leverage sales best practices to maximize efficiency and deliver an exceptional sales experience
Provide reliable forecasting and maintain deal transparency, contributing to performance assessments
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of SaaS sales experience
At least 1 year of experience within the event industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment
Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (especially Spanish) is appreciated
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sales basics for discovery and negotiation
Startup mindset with a readiness to learn and adapt quickly
Eagerness to suggest improvements to processes and workflows
Persistent, optimistic, and charismatic personality
Open‑mindedness and comfort with embracing change
