As an Outside Roofing Specialist, you'll educate clients on storm damage repairs and provide affordable solutions to safeguard their most valued investment. We provide support / operational staff to assist sales reps throughout the entire process, allowing Outside Sales Representatives to focus on sales without managing projects. Compensation & Benefits for Outside Sales Representative: Performance:

activity-based pay

Commission:

high commissions on approved sales

Annual earnings:

$65,000 - $265,000

Vehicle allowance:

for qualifying vehicles

Bonus structure:

quarterly bonus plans that pay

Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representatives: Sales approach:

prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities through canvassing, referrals, leads, networking, and social media

Territory management:

maximize and effectively manage sales territories

Exterior inspections:

identify wind or hail damage through property inspections

Claims conversion:

turn inspections into insurance claims and signed contracts

Contract review:

guide homeowners through scope and secure signatures

Insurance coordination:

meet with adjusters on-site to facilitate claims

Payment collection:

collect deductibles and other payments from homeowners

Referrals and networking:

build relationships to encourage referrals

Trust building:

establish strong connections by exceeding expectations

Customer education:

inform clients about standards, products, and procedures

Sales pipeline management:

track leads using our CRM

Communication:

maintain contact with leadership, clients, and team

Meetings and adherence:

attend weekly meetings and follow sales procedures

Qualifications: 2+ years of full cycle sales experience preferred but not required

Communication and organizational skills:

excellent skills required

Smartphone:

must have or be willing to obtain one capable of downloading apps and taking photos

CRM experience:

required for managing client interactions

Independent work ethic:

self-reliant and capable of managing tasks without close supervision

Goal orientation:

committed to achieving personal and professional growth

Door-to-door canvassing experience:

preferred

Driver's license:

valid in any state is required

Age:

21 or older preferred
