Trojan Roofing , a leading name in residential roofing, is expanding its team with immediate openings for an Outside Sales Representative in the area! This role is perfect for self-motivated, energetic individuals who enjoy connecting with homeowners to help them protect and enhance their homes through our roofing, siding, and gutter services. As an Outside Roofing Specialist, you'll educate clients on storm damage repairs and provide affordable solutions to safeguard their most valued investment. We provide support and operational staff to assist sales reps throughout the full process, allowing Outside Sales Representatives to have more free time and not manage projects. Compensation & Benefits for Outside Sales Representatives: Performance-based pay (activity-based) High commissions on approved sales Expected annual earnings: $65,000 - $265,000 Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles) Quarterly bonus plans Group and company insurance (full benefits) 401K plan with 4% match Company-sponsored trip to Punta Cana in 2025 (company paid) W-2 position (no 1099) Training & mentoring program (onboarding) Supplemental team support Corporate support staff assistance Administrative support including lead generation, customer service, estimating, and production Rapid company growth with opportunities for advancement Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representatives: Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, and social media Manage and maximize assigned sales territories Conduct property inspections to identify wind or hail damage Convert inspections into insurance claims and signed contracts Guide homeowners through scope of work and secure contracts Coordinate with insurance adjusters on-site Collect deductibles and payments from homeowners Cultivate relationships for referrals and network expansion Build trust with homeowners by exceeding expectations Educate clients about industry standards and company procedures Track and manage sales leads using CRM software Maintain ongoing communication with leadership, clients, and team members Attend weekly sales meetings and adhere to sales processes Qualifications: 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience preferred but not required Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Must possess or be willing to obtain a smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking photos Experience with CRM platforms required Self-reliant and capable of managing tasks independently Goal-oriented with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth Experience in door-to-door canvassing is a plus Valid driver's license required, accepted in any state 21 years of age or older (preferred but not mandatory) Motivated, driven, and dedicated to achieving goals Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage required
