Contract-to-Hire We’re seeking a
Sales Operations Coordinator
to support a dynamic sales team by managing pricing, purchase orders, and customer communication across systems like Oracle and SAP. This hybrid role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer purchase contracts and prototype orders Maintain and update customer pricing in Oracle and SAP Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination Analyze sales data to support pricing decisions Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, credit, engineering, and plant teams Support continuous improvement in sales operations Must-Have Skills
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities High attention to detail with timely and accurate processing Ownership mindset with reliable follow-through Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting Preferred Experience
Familiarity with SharePoint, Oracle, SAP, and OEM customer portals 1-3 years in sales coordination, customer service, or admin roles Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field About SSi People
