Sales Coordinator

Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Southfield, MI. The expected annual salary range for this role is $71,000 - $105,000 a year.
What you'll do:

Manage all pre- and post-production activities to support sales activities from part development through obsolescence.
Manage prototype quotes, purchase orders, and order management to meet customer and internal needs.
Lead the contract review process, reviewing and confirming all commercial terms prior to acceptance.
Manage tariff recovery and tooling activities, coordinating pricing adjustments, purchase order review and invoicing.
Maintain price lists in Oracle and SAP ERP systems to ensure accurate and timely pricing data.
Manage house accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring customer requirements are met effectively.
Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with customers, sales teams, engineering, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Required Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Associate's Degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service support, and/or sales administrative support.
Active Duty Military service members are exempt from the geographical limitation. No relocation is available for this position. Eaton will not consider applicants for immigration sponsorship for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.
ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP) and Customer Portal experience.
Skills:

Ability to successfully interact with customers and internal resources.
Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
Sales techniques, customer and product knowledge.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be self-motivated and self-directed.
