The Opportunity We’re looking for a results-oriented Account Executive to lead sales growth in Southern California—primarily Orange County and San Diego. You’ll connect with educators, administrators, and decision-makers to promote our staffing and enrichment solutions. If you’re passionate about education, skilled in sales, and driven to make a meaningful impact, this is your chance to own a key territory and shape student success.

What You’ll Do

Drive new business development in the K–12 sector.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school districts, private schools, charter schools, and other educational institutions.

Present tailored solutions that meet client needs and support their goals.

Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting (cold calls, cold emails) to closing.

Represent Strategic Kids at education conferences and other marketing events.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and education policy changes.

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of sales experience (education industry experience strongly preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel, including overnight trips (up to 30%).
