Overview We are seeking a dynamic Wireless Sales Representative to join our team at Cricket! The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Job Summary As a Wireless Sales Representative for Cricket, your primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers to promote products and achieve sales targets. You will use your communication skills to engage customers, provide product information, and guide them through the purchase process.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistance.
Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and customer calls.
Demonstrate products and conduct demos to showcase features.
Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Use basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Supervise store activities when needed.
Effectively communicate product information and promotions to customers.
Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Cricket’s product line.
Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings.
Customer Engagement
Engage customers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and preferences.
Effectively communicate how Cricket products can meet customer requirements.
Sales Consultation
Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable products, addressing concerns and overcoming objections.
Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual and team targets.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to order completion.
Build customer relationships for potential future sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
Results‑oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales or marketing is a bonus.
Training
Comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures will be provided.
Job Types Full‑time, Part‑time
Pay $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
Language Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
