Job Title: Field Sales Representative — Pest Control Services

Are you a motivated, people-oriented professional who loves working in the field and closing deals? Join our growing pest control company as a Field Sales Representative! You’ll meet with homeowners and business owners to provide expert pest control solutions, build long-term relationships, and help make their environments safer and pest-free. If you’re competitive, outgoing, and ready to grow your career in a stable, essential industry — we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door visits, referrals, and local outreach.
Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest issues and recommend tailored treatment plans.
Present pest control services and maintenance options to residential and commercial clients.
Negotiate and close service agreements to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
Maintain detailed records in our CRM and report daily sales activity.
Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure top-quality customer experience.
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of experience in field sales, outside sales, or service-based sales (pest control or home services preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A friendly, confident personality with the drive to close deals.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple appointments daily.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
