Responsibilities

Selling Products/Services: Identifying customer needs, offering solutions, and supporting the Regional Sales Manager in closing sale deals.

Communication: Engaging with customers through phone, email, and other digital channels.

Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential customers.

Lead Management: Following up on leads and nurturing potential clients.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and sales activities.

Sales Performance: Meeting or exceeding sales lead generation quotas and targets.

Product Knowledge: Maintaining a strong understanding of the products or services being sold.

Sales and Cold Calling: Experience with sales techniques, cold calling, and building rapport with potential clients is highly valuable.

Key Skills

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers.

Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to effectively present the value of products/services and negotiate deals.

Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.

Sales Acumen: Understanding the sales process and techniques.

Organization and Time Management: Maintaining a well‑organized workflow and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Goal‑Oriented: A strong desire to achieve sales lead targets and exceed quotas is a key characteristic.

Self‑Motivated: Inside Sales Representatives often work independently and need to be self‑motivated to pursue sales goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales capacity.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Highly motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.

Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.

Knowledge of sales processes and sales techniques.

Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate varying time zones and customer availability.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual basis, without sponsorship.
