Industrial Sales Account Managers

to expand our business. The role is based at any listed Midwest location.

Base Pay Range $65,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Promote power transmission, conveyor belting, electric motor, automation and industrial supply products from Baldwin and recommend products and services with the best combination of performance and cost based on customer requirements.

Identify target prospects and create strategic plans to turn prospects into customers.

Build and sustain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.

Constantly promote Baldwin’s value by providing best‑in‑class customer service and technical expertise.

Coordinate with product specialists and inside sales team to efficiently manage current business and secure new business.

Maintain professional working relationships with strategic suppliers to Baldwin.

Participate in company‑sponsored sales and technical training sessions.

The Ideal Candidate

Demonstrated success in outside sales; industrial sales experience a plus.

Proven experience and success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory.

Established client relationships in industrial markets.

High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Supply or Business.

Strong desire to achieve and succeed.

Competitive mindset with a passion to solve problems.

Mechanical aptitude.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
