Ready to grow a key segment focused on window trim and molding? Elipticon Wood Products, Inc. is seeking a Window Trim & Molding Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses exclusively on selling our premium millwork products—window trim, casing, and decorative molding—to residential and commercial builders, contractors, architects, and designers. If you have a passion for sales, understand the building industry, and want to drive business growth in an exciting product category, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do: Actively pursue new sales opportunities and grow our customer base within the window trim and molding segment. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, designers, and distributors. Present and recommend millwork products that best fit customer project needs. Provide accurate quotes, manage orders, and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams for seamless order fulfillment. Represent Elipticon at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events. Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. What We’re Looking For: Proven sales experience in millwork, wood products, or related building materials industries is required. Strong knowledge of window trim, casing, and molding products and their applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment. Proficient with CRM software, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the sales territory. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in construction, architecture, or interior design industries. Ability to read blueprints or CAD drawings. Familiarity with custom or specialty millwork products.
