Role Overview:

As an Account Executive II, you will manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers, oversee an existing book of business, and serve as a key contact guiding customers through the sales process to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual passionate about sales and eager to grow within a dynamic organization. Responsibilities: Build relationships, demonstrate trust, service, and honesty, identify strategic long-term clients, and secure substantial, repeatable orders. Develop business with both existing and new inbound customers. Create and manage plans to achieve specific sales objectives, profitable growth, and improve market share/image. Assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their projects. Serve as the main contact for new projects related to prototyping and low-volume production. Guide our sales engineering team to develop quotes based on customer needs and ensure internal departments have all necessary requirements to initiate project management. Deliver technical presentations at customer seminars and industry events. Collect and report industry trends, competitor information, and customer feedback. Qualifications: At least 4+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying role. Experience in high-volume inbound sales roles. Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting. CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems. Strong negotiation skills and results-driven mindset. High energy, positive attitude, and ability to engage and sell to customers comfortably. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
