Job Summary
If you are passionate about selling, finding and winning new customers, developing new business, closing deals, and maintaining relationships post-sale, the Sales Pro role may be for you! Our Sales Pro is a self-motivated, customer-centric representative working to promote our product lines and expand our business with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
Drive growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits.
Promote the full range of NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers.
Collaborate with the local Store Manager to develop sales increase plans and proactively manage leads.
Identify customer needs and align solutions with NAPA's offerings.
Work with manufacturer representatives to improve programs and increase customer knowledge.
Engage and retain customers through NAPA's eSales programs.
Conduct educational seminars, clinics, and presentations on NAPA products and services.
Provide excellent customer service, resolving problems, complaints, and inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
Experience in retail or outside sales roles.
At least 2 years in a customer-focused environment with quota responsibilities.
Basic selling skills: preparing for sales calls, managing meetings, handling resistance, closing, and account maintenance.
Ability to present in group settings.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations in the past 4 years.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Background in the Automotive Industry.
