New Business Sales Account Representative

will be responsible for the following categories: Business Development

Use existing client and target lists to prospect, recruit, and secure new business. Develop marketing strategies and new targets to foster client growth. Expand business in Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, and Wilmington, NC, with future branch growth.

Customer Relations

Assist GM and managers with client inquiries. Identify new business opportunities across divisions.

Marketing

Support GM in enhancing marketing programs. Participate in industry trade shows to promote sales and branding.

Quality Control

Conduct inspections of facilities for quality and safety. Ensure compliance with county and state codes for operational facilities. Train staff on OSHA standards during job site inspections. Inspect warehouses for safety and proper materials handling.

Community Outreach

Develop programs to promote recreation, safety, and health benefits. Coordinate with other divisions for outreach efforts.

Required skills include: Exhibit closing, prospecting, and customer needs selling skills. Manage territories effectively (CRM). Strong presentation skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Self-motivated and professional relationship management. Travel is approximately 90%, mainly within NC, with some overnight stays. Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.
