Face-to-Face
Lead Generator to represent our brand at Home Depot locations. This role is integral to driving interest in our air conditioning products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement Proactively engage with Home Depot customers in person to introduce and promote Red Cap’s air conditioning products. Lead Generation Create and nurture leads by scheduling appointments and providing information about our services. Relationship Building Establish and maintain professional relationships with Home Depot staff and customers, enhancing brand presence and customer interest. Communication Effectively communicate product benefits and services to potential customers, ensuring clear and compelling presentations. Documentation Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and lead generation activities
Requirements
Face-to-Face Sales Experience Proven ability to engage with customers in a face-to-face sales environment. Communication Skills Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. Customer Service Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for every customer. Availability Ability to work weekends (Wednesday through Sunday) as required. Physical Stamina Capability to stand, walk, and actively engage for extended periods (4-8 hours per shift). Tools Must have access to a smartphone for daily tasks and communication.
