A well-established HVAC Mechanical & BAS Controls contractor is seeking a driven
BAS Outside Sales / Account Manager
to join their growing team in Atlanta, GA. This role is perfect for a sales professional with technical knowledge of building automation, HVAC, or energy systems who enjoys managing existing accounts while expanding new business across the metro area.

BAS Outside Sales / Account Manager
Location:
Atlanta, GA
Compensation:
$85,000–$95,000 Base + Commission
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an existing customer base while driving new business development
Sell a mix of project work and service offerings including BAS retrofits, pneumatic upgrades, parts, and maintenance/service agreements
Meet with customers on-site 3–4 days per week; 1–2 days in-office or remote for prospecting and follow-up
Develop revenue opportunities from both active accounts and warm leads
Identify and reactivate dormant accounts while building long-term customer relationships
Estimate owner‑direct jobs in partnership with internal estimators and project teams
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in outside sales within BAS Controls, HVAC, or Energy Services
Background with mechanical contractors, controls integrators, or performance contracting groups
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and client engagement skills
Self‑motivated, organized, and customer‑focused with a proactive sales approach
