A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking an accomplished BAS Controls Sales professional

Identify, pursue, and secure building automation opportunities with new and existing clients. Conduct site walkthroughs and facility assessments to determine project needs. Develop solution scopes that meet performance goals, energy objectives, and ROI targets. Deliver proposals and present value-driven strategies to senior decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Build, track, and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue targets. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to structure accurate and competitive proposals. Maintain long-term client relationships and establish trust with key stakeholders. Ideal Candidate:

Successful track record in BAS, HVAC, energy management, or mechanical systems sales. Strong understanding of Building Automation Systems, controls integration, or data center environments. Ability to prepare and present ROI-based proposals to technical and executive audiences. Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools to manage sales activities. What’s Offered:
