Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and develop building automation opportunities with both new and existing clients.

Perform site assessments, building performance evaluations, and client needs analysis.

Create scope-of-work solutions aligned with ROI goals, performance requirements, and system upgrades.

Present sales strategies, proposals, and technical benefits to executive stakeholders and decision-makers.

Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospect outreach through contract negotiation and closing.

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue targets.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate project scoping and delivery.

Build and retain long-term customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience selling BAS, HVAC, energy management, or related mechanical solutions.

Strong understanding of building automation systems and mission-critical environments.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.

Proficient with CRM software and capable of managing detailed sales pipelines.

Driven, self-motivated, and highly client-focused.
