Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and present BAS solutions tailored to customer needs.
Conduct site visits, audits, and facility performance reviews.
Build scopes of work aligned with ROI, efficiency, and technical goals.
Present proposals, project strategies, and value-driven solutions to decision-makers.
Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
Maintain, track, and grow a pipeline that supports annual sales targets.
Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate project delivery.
Strengthen long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in BAS, HVAC, or energy solutions sales.
Strong understanding of building automation systems and integration methods.
Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Experience supporting mission-critical or data center facilities is a plus.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly customer-focused.
