Requirements Our reps make $2000 - $3000 per week. They spend 6 hours a day canvassing neighborhoods, talking to residents about free community solar programs, and helping them join a local solar farm. Their responsibilities include:
Educate people about the benefits of community solar
Help customers join a local solar farm
Understand community solar programs and the enrollment process
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Plan, forecast, and reach weekly sales goals
Successful team members are known to have the following qualities:
Motivated, hard workers
Great communicators
Reliable
Self-starters
