ROLE:

We partner with businesses seeking exceptional individuals capable of achieving remarkable results in B2B sales. The Sales Development Rep (SDRs) present and sell our company services to new outbound and inbound prospects. They manage their own pipeline, understand the importance of professionalism, effective communication, and rapport building, and are motivated by helping clients succeed. SDRs are the first impression of our company and play a vital role in customer experience, viewing the sales process as a choreographed experience that encourages prospects to buy. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Manage prospects' progression through the pipeline via CRM daily. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM. Follow up diligently with potential clients over extended periods. Document all interactions in CRM and escalate issues as needed. Educate prospects about our services from an expert perspective. Allow Sales Lead and SM to shadow calls and provide feedback. Be available most days from 9 am-5 pm local time for calls. Utilize internal and external resources to stay informed about our services and industry. Collaborate with Sales Lead, GM, and Customer Success Manager to serve clients effectively. Monitor and report emerging patterns of negative feedback. Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions between programs. Escalate clients promptly to Customer Success Manager for action planning. RESULTS:

Ensure all prospects are properly moved in CRM with detailed notes by EOD. Maintain a 30% close rate on inbound applications monthly. Maintain a 20% close rate on outbound eligible clients monthly. Follow up with all qualified prospects consistently. Update sales stats sheet daily by 7 pm EST. Maintain effective communication with Sales Lead and CSM. Stay well-versed in service offerings through ongoing education. Follow internal communication cycles properly. REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication over phone, FB, and video conferencing. 3+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience. Strong presentation and rapport-building skills. Willingness to learn new sales processes. Routine-driven and eager to grow rapidly. Self-sufficient and well-organized in managing time and pipeline. Location:

Texas Willing to travel to work sites as needed. Salary:
