About the Role Tweezr is expanding across the DACH region, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to own full-cycle enterprise sales with

banks, insurance companies, and large financial institutions in Germany .

You’ll be responsible for opening new doors, managing high-stakes sales cycles, and building long-term relationships with major German financial organizations.

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Lead enterprise sales efforts into banks, insurers, and financial institutions

Run structured, consultative discovery conversations with technical and business stakeholders

Develop compelling proposals, commercial structures, and ROI cases

Navigate complex and regulated enterprise buying processes

Collaborate closely with the CEO and product teams on strategic opportunities

Represent Tweezr at German industry events and onsite customer meetings

Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting

Who You Are

5+ years of enterprise or B2B sales experience

Proven history selling into

German banks or insurance companies

(must-have)

Fluent in

German

and

English

(must-have)

Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced startup environments

Familiar with CRM tools and enterprise pipeline management

Curious, resilient, and motivated by building meaningful relationships in the financial sector
