What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound customer contacts within a competitive, fast-paced production environment
Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting a suite of TV, internet, and wireless products and services
Build and maintain customer relationships with honesty and integrity
Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and service excellence
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality
Full-time availability; hours may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a home workspace with wired internet

Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
Strong growth mindset and commitment to personal development
