Field inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment
Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively promoting TV, internet, and wireless products
Maintain customer relationships with honesty and integrity in all interactions
Handle all customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality
Availability for full-time hours, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a suitable home workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience in a customer service or sales environment
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
Strong growth mindset and ability to operate with integrity
Previous experience working in a remote or home office setting
