Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and expand market share. Lead, mentor, and support sales account managers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. Provide training and guidance to the sales team, assisting with complex sales and skill development. Drive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and customer service. Implement performance metrics and report on sales performance and market insights. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Extensive experience in technical sales leadership, especially in environmental, process, and safety instrumentation. Proven leadership and team development skills. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel within the territory. Preferred experience with products like Flare Gas Meters, CEMS, Gas Analyzers, Flow Measurement, and related instrumentation (minimum 3-5 years). Location: St. Louis, Missouri or Indianapolis, IN.
