The
EP&SI Sales Specialist/Senior Territory Manager
will be responsible for managing sales within the eastern territory, supporting both direct and indirect sales channels, and providing technical leadership in environmental instrumentation. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and support sales team members. Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Provide training and guidance to sales staff on complex sales and product knowledge. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive customer support. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Report on sales performance and market insights to management. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Extensive experience in technical sales, particularly in environmental instrumentation. Proven leadership in managing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel within the territory. 3-5 years of relevant experience with specific instrumentation products is preferred.
