Senior EP Mapping Specialist - CAS | Indianapolis Join Medtronic as a Senior EP Mapping Specialist and be at the forefront of transforming lives through advanced medical technology. In this dynamic role, you’ll work alongside clinicians, engineers, physicians, and innovators to execute electrophysiology mapping solutions for cardiac and other electrophysiological systems. Your blend of technical expertise and passion for improving patient outcomes will impact global healthcare directly.

During the application window, which ends on 31 Jan 2026, the first 25 applicants will be considered, and the position is open to remote candidates who reside within the territory and can travel to multiple accounts in the region. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.

Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.

Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.

Support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.

Develop and cultivate customer relationships that result in incremental business.

Work in partnership with the Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.

Collaborate and strategize with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.

Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.

Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.

Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Preferred Qualifications

B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years of experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales.

Proven track record with technical training assignments.

Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.

Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.

Additional Job Requirements

Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.

Clinical Specialists must remain within their assigned territory each day to be available for unscheduled needs.

May need to travel outside the assigned territory and possibly overnight.

Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.

Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day.

Must be able to drive approximately 25–50% of the time within the assigned territory.

Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range U.S. (exclusive of Puerto Rico) is $130,000 – $140,000.
