Job Title: Neuroscience Sales Specialist‑II Location: Bedminster, NJ (travel may be required) Employment Type: Full‑time

Job Responsibilities

Apply compliance guidelines while driving sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within the assigned territory by calling on HCP offices and Mental Health Community Centers, both in‑person and virtually.

Use assigned budgets effectively to achieve territory objectives, customizing discussions and client interactions based on customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner.

Maintain current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers, and share this information with relevant internal stakeholders.

Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers and region, selecting appropriate programs and resources for each customer, practice, and/or system.

Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives, capitalizing on formulary approvals and other opportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan.

Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists on common objectives and share best practices.

Accountable for timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting.

Develop a business plan based on depth and breadth of customer needs, resources, and products.

Complete all company and job‑related training as assigned within the required timelines.

Job Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales required; 3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.

Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi‑polar sales experience highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, valid driver’s license, and safe driving record.

Strong desire and passion for improving patient and caregiver lives, with patient‑centricity as a core value.

High integrity and strict adherence to the Company’s Compliance policies and procedures.

Strong self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent decision‑making judgment, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Proven track record of learning and adapting to evolving environments (e.g., COVID‑19) to overcome challenges.

Agility and adaptation to changing telemedicine/virtual environments.

Data analysis skills to assess progress against objectives, diagnose performance issues, and identify new opportunities.

Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.

Flexible work hours may include meetings outside normal working hours.

Travel may be required, including overnight travel and periodic domestic travel to corporate headquarters, training, and sales meetings.

Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary Range $98,000 – $155,000
